General Project Rules

• By registering an account on the FreeBNS project, you automatically agree to this set of rules and undertake to comply with them.
• Ignorance of the rules does not exempt you from responsibility!
• The rules may be updated and changed without notifying participants at any time. You are responsible for independently monitoring such changes.
• The Administration may determine punishments and block a user for rule violations at its own discretion, as it is not always possible to accurately identify a violation of a specific clause.
• You may be blocked by the Project Administrator without explanation, including for reasons not listed in the rules.
• You may be denied an account unban without explanation.
• The Service is free and provided on an “As Is” basis without any guarantees, explicit or implied. Under no circumstances shall the Administrators be liable for any claims, damages, or other demands arising from use of any software (website, launcher, client, server) or any actions related to such software.
• Administrators and moderators do not restore any items lost due to bugs, rollbacks, wipes, etc.
• Any monetary donation to the project is voluntary and non-refundable. The Administration has the right not to return funds donated to the project.
• Any dispute and/or claim cannot concern the property of the project or any voluntary donation.
• In case of account blocking or other restrictions to the resource, the Administration has the right not to return donated funds.
• If you do not agree with any of these rules, you must immediately stop using the software (website, launcher, client, server) and leave the project.

Communication on the Project

• You must follow the rules of respectful communication on all project resources (website, forum, game server, and any related platforms).
• Insults or threats of any kind are prohibited, including veiled insults, threats, profanity, and trolling directed at project users.
• Insulting the Administration or project representatives (moderators, assistants, etc.) is prohibited.
• Insulting parents or relatives is prohibited.
• Advertising third-party resources, services, servers, etc., not related to the project, is prohibited.
• Sharing information about discovered bugs, dupes, or other game issues is prohibited, as well as using them for personal gain, which disrupts the gameplay. You must report any found issues to the Administration via private messages.
• Storing, distributing, or using any in-game items obtained as a result of bugs, flaws, or other erroneous situations is prohibited. You must immediately destroy such items and report all information to the Administration via private messages to help identify violators, bugs, etc.
• Advertising, distributing, or using software that gives an advantage over other users is prohibited.
• Flooding is prohibited — sending three or more identical or slightly modified messages, including random-character messages or any meaningless content that clogs the chat.
• Creating duplicate threads (messages), including after deletion due to violations, is prohibited.
• Fraud and deception of users are prohibited.
• Impersonating the Administration or project representatives is prohibited.
• Spreading any rumors related to the project is prohibited.
• Promoting violence, drugs, or inciting racial, religious, or ethnic hatred is prohibited. Respect the interests and opinions of others.
